When you log in or register on SheraViva using Google OAuth (Gmail), we collect the following basic profile information provided by Google:
- Full Name (to address you on your viva board scorecard)
- Email Address (used as your unique candidate account identifier)
- Google Avatar / Profile Picture URL (displayed on your candidate dashboard)
- Google OAuth User ID (for secure authentication)
Additionally, when using our platform, we store your mock viva practice responses, transcript evaluations, cadre preferences, and bKash transaction IDs (TrxID) submitted for credit bundle purchases.
3. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
SheraViva's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We strictly use your Google user data solely to authenticate your identity, allocate free welcome AI viva credits, and maintain your practice history. We do NOT sell, transfer, or share your Google user data with third parties or AI model developers.
4. How We Use Your Data
Your information is used strictly for the following purposes:
- Authenticating candidate access across Web and Mobile App applications.
- Generating personalized AI Viva Board questions based on your cadre choices and academic CV background.
- Maintaining your credit balance and processing bKash manual top-up requests.
- Delivering 1-on-1 Human Live Viva Google Meet links, session video recordings, and board scorecards.
5. Data Security & Retention
All data transmitted between your browser/mobile app and our servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocol. Your data is stored on secure servers with restricted database access. We retain your account data for as long as your candidate account remains active.
6. Account & Data Deletion Rights
You have the right to request complete deletion of your SheraViva candidate profile, session transcripts, and associated payment records at any time. To request account deletion, please email our support team at support@dcofficeutility.com or admin@seraviva.com. Account deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.
