1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SheraViva (https://viva.dcofficeutility.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Candidate Accounts & Registration

Candidates register using Google Gmail authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your candidate account. Newly registered accounts receive free welcome AI Viva credits as configured by system administration.

3. Package Bundles & bKash Payments

• AI Mock Viva credits and Human Live Viva sessions are purchased via bKash Send Money.
• Candidates must submit a valid bKash account number and Transaction ID (TrxID) for admin approval.
• Once approved and credited to your account, package credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• 1 AI Mock Viva session consumes 1 AI credit upon session start.

4. 1-on-1 Human Live Board Vivas

For Human Expert Live Vivas, sessions are conducted via Google Meet at the scheduled date and time assigned by system administration. Candidates are expected to maintain professional conduct during the interview. Recorded session video URLs and board scorecards are made available exclusively for candidate learning and review.

5. Disclaimer & Educational Purpose

SheraViva is an independent educational prep platform designed to simulate recruitment oral board interviews for BPSC BCS, Bangladesh Bank, and Primary Teacher exams. SheraViva is not officially affiliated with Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) or Bangladesh Bank. AI evaluations and examiner board scores serve as educational practice feedback.
